Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Will some people be eternally lost? Or will God save everyone? Can a Christian be biblically faithful and believe in universal salvation? In this clear, easy to read book, Curt Parton examines the scriptural and theological foundations for our traditional view of hell and the case for universal restoration. The eternal conscious torment of the lost isn’t nearly as biblically certain as has been thought, and the belief that all will be saved is surprisingly robust scripturally and theologically. Which view is more biblically sound? Which understanding is most in harmony with the gospel? A growing number of believers are rediscovering the historic Christian belief that God will ultimately reconcile and restore all of his creation to himself through Christ. What does it truly mean for God’s love and truth to completely triumph over sin, death, and hell? This book explores the reasons Christians believe what they do about hell, what the Scriptures actually say about hell and judgment, the arguments for and against each view, and how this all relates to the biblical character of God. Disover why many believe God won’t relent Until the Last One’s Found.

After too many years of unfulfilling work, Bronnie Ware began searching for a job with heart. Despite having no formal qualifications or previous experience in the field, she found herself working in palliative care. During the time she spent tending to those who were dying, Bronnie's life was transformed. Later, she wrote an Internet blog post, outlining the most common regrets that the people she had cared for had expressed. The post gained so much momentum that it was viewed by more than three million readers worldwide in its first year. At the request of many, Bronnie subsequently wrote a book, The Top Five Regrets of the Dying, to share her story. Bronnie has had a colourful and diverse life. By applying the lessons of those nearing their death to her own life, she developed an understanding that it is possible for everyone, if we make the right choices, to die with peace of mind. In this revised edition of the best-selling memoir that has been read by over a million people worldwide, with translations in 29 languages, Bronnie expresses how significant these regrets are and how we can positively address these issues while we still have the time. The Top Five Regrets of the Dying gives hope for a better world. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Worst Journey in the World is a memoir of the 1910–1913 British Antarctic Expedition led by Robert Falcon Scott. It was written by a member of the expedition, Apsley Cherry-Garrard, and has earned wide praise for its frank treatment of the difficulties of the expedition, the causes of its disastrous outcome, and the meaning (if any) of human suffering under extreme conditions. In 1910, Cherry-Garrard and his fellow explorers travelled by sailing vessel, the Terra Nova, from Cardiff to McMurdo Sound, Antarctica. The second-in-command, Dr Edward Wilson had a personal goal in Antarctica to recover eggs of the Emperor penguin for scientific study. As the bird nests during the Antarctic winter, it was necessary to mount a special expedition in July 1911, to the penguins' rookery at Cape Crozier. Wilson chose Cherry-Garrard to accompany him and another crew member across the Ross Ice Shelf under conditions of complete darkness and temperatures of −40 °C and below. All three men, barely alive, returned from Cape Crozier with their egg specimens, which were stored.
