Book excerpt: âeoeMy intentions were in the long run to perform the greatest task in the cosmos, which was to take Beelzebub out of the Black Lodge and transform him into a disciple of the White Lodge.âe - Samael Aun WeorThe Revolution of Beelzebub tells the incredible story of Samael Aun Weor and his efforts to convert the demon Beelzebub. Beginning in the ancient past, this incredible journey takes us from the cradle of humanity, Arcadia, the ancient golden age, through the rise and fall of races and civilizations. We learn how the ancient prince Beelzebub was tempted into the path of pleasures and vices, and how he gradually degenerated to eventually become a terrible demon with millions of disciples. Along the way, we see the differences between the white and black paths: their ethics, rituals, magic, initiations, powers, and results, all of which were first revealed to the public in this book. Then, during World War Two, a time when demonic forces were threatening to overrun the world, one man disrupted their plans by helping one of their greatest leaders to defect: Beelzebub. It was an unprecedented act of love, and an inspiration, for if even a demon from the depths of hell can be saved, there is hope for the rest of us, provided we are willing to do our part. Our hope for liberation comes in the form of practical steps, the same steps taken by Beelzebub when he left the Black Lodge, which are explained in detail in this book. Through radical internal change, a psychological and spiritual revolution, even a demon can be converted into an angel.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A New York Review Books Original Everything Flows is Vasily Grossman’s final testament, written after the Soviet authorities suppressed his masterpiece, Life and Fate. The main story is simple: released after thirty years in the Soviet camps, Ivan Grigoryevich must struggle to find a place for himself in an unfamiliar world. But in a novel that seeks to take in the whole tragedy of Soviet history, Ivan’s story is only one among many. Thus we also hear about Ivan’s cousin, Nikolay, a scientist who never let his conscience interfere with his career, and Pinegin, the informer who got Ivan sent to the camps. Then a brilliant short play interrupts the narrative: a series of informers steps forward, each making excuses for the inexcusable things that he did—inexcusable and yet, the informers plead, in Stalinist Russia understandable, almost unavoidable. And at the core of the book, we find the story of Anna Sergeyevna, Ivan’s lover, who tells about her eager involvement as an activist in the Terror famine of 1932–33, which led to the deaths of three to five million Ukrainian peasants. Here Everything Flows attains an unbearable lucidity comparable to the last cantos of Dante’s Inferno.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Our manuscript, Lucifer Son of the Morning, is what we feel to be a reasonable interpretation into the path of one of the most talked-about characters throughout the history of man. Through no small effort on our behalf and with great attention to that, which is written concerning him in scripture as well as being careful to scour through the countless mythologies surrounding our books protagonist, it was our goal to take the reader into the story with a tale from behind the gates and to paint a picture of the rebellious archangel, both before and after the profound catharsis that spawned he who is readily felt by many faiths to be the embodiment of evil. Our book begins in heaven with Lucifer leading a worship session, adorned in gold and silkhe is flawless to look upon, loving in nature, and still very much in good standings with his father, the almighty king, Jehovah God. At the onset of the book, Lucifer is a humble and revered prince, who takes exceeding pleasure in writing beautiful hymns and raising beautiful praises to his father. Though Lucifer is tasked with much in the kingdom, he embraces it all with good cheerpraising Jehovah through verse is sustenance for him. Although Lucifers prominence is illustrated through displays of reverence by the heavenly hosts, his prestige as an archangel is not too great that the angels feel separated from him by class. No, it is balanced completely by his humility and earnestness. Jehovah publicly exalts Lucifer before the entire angelic body. Throughout time, the transition begins to awaken Lucifer in profound ways. A byproduct of Lucifers ever-escalating wisdom is a knowledge of the thoughts of his contemporaries. The quiet subjugation from those near him comes with a twist. Suddenly, there are internal questions that begin to surface, questions about his pedigree. God announces man and calls Adam his greatest creation, and behind this decree, the angels are told to bow. Lucifer is incensed. He refuses and blatantly disobeys Jehovah. Soon, there are conspirators and clandestine meetings in secret corners of heaven. There, with the assistance and abetting of many, Lucifer, once the humble steward and servant of his father, the king, calculates and devises a web of subterfuge in heaven and brings his own war to the gates of paradise. It sure is a lot of fun getting him there! Thanks, Anthony and Bonita

Book excerpt: A compendium celebrating the art of hell and its minions Pandemonium: The Illustrated History of Demonology presents—for the first time—Satan’s family tree, providing a history and analysis of his fellow fallen angels from Asmodeus to Ziminiar. Throughout the book, there are short entries on individual demons, but Pandemonium is more than just a visual encyclopedia. It also focuses on the influence of figures like Beelzebub, Azazel, Lilith, and Moloch on Western religion, literature, and art. Ranging from the earliest scriptural references to demons through the contemporary era, when the devils took on a subtler form, Pandemonium functions as a compendium of Lucifer’s subjects, from Dante’s The Divine Comedy to John Milton’s Paradise Lost, and all the points in between. Containing rarely seen illustrations of very old treatises on demonology, as well as more well-known works by the great masters of Western painting, this book celebrates the art of hell like never before.
